iOS and Android Mobile to take Client Feedback / Reviews
iCheckup Insights Plus approached for a solution to take online reviews from customers after the service is rendered by them.  They were looking for professional and efficient Mobile developers and approached Maple Software.

The Challenge
The mobile app should be able to record feedback from customers and it should be easy to use and cater to all age groups. The feedback or reviews rendered by customers are to be stored in a secured repository and the solution has to be hassle free and scale on demand.

The Solution
As the Mobile app has to cater to all age groups, Maple Software suggested the client to undertake both text reviews as well as Video reviews for ease of use by customer. Considering the scalability issue associated with video recording, we advised our client to use AWS S3 cloud storage as AWS offers “pay-as-you-go” model.  Data from the mobile app is sent through secured RESTFUL APIs to have seamless performance.  The application architecture and the project execution methodology impressed the client to go ahead with our solution of mobile application development.
